IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Trauma registered nurses for full-time permanent positions. This position includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, as well as licensing services for North American nurses.

As a Trauma RN, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and enjoy all the benefits that come with it, including comprehensive healthcare, retirement, and more.

Qualifications of Trauma RN:

  • Active RN license in the specified state. State licensing assistance is available.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • NCLEX for Canadian and Mexican RNs.
  • BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC required.
  • One year of recent experience as a Trauma RN or in an ER/ICU setting is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Trauma RN:

  • Provide critical care to trauma patients, stabilizing and managing life-threatening injuries in emergency situations.
  • Perform complex assessments and coordinate interventions based on patient needs.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
  • Administer emergency procedures such as intubation, blood transfusions, wound care, and advanced airway management.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in surgical prep as needed.
  • Educate and support patients and families, providing emotional and practical care in crisis situations.
